HORSEBACK RIDING

Guaranteed to be the most wild horse tour you've ever done!

Ride a horse through the wild primary rainforest. We offer a private tour with a local Spanish speaking guide. You can choose your route either to the border of the Corcovado National Park where you can swim in some refreshing pools by a waterfall or venture up to the breathtaking ridge with beautiful views of the pacific and Cano Island where you can grab a beer at the local bar and run the horses on the beach. This is an authentic excursion with a local farmer and his very well behaved horses, but it is through the jungle so prior horse experience is required. Guests who embark on this tour say it is their favorite experience of their trip in Costa Rica!

Still unsure which tours are right for you?

"We did pretty much ALL the activities on offer and enjoyed them all. Our favorite ones were the horse riding tour, the hikes in the jungle with Yasnir who was a very knowledgeable guide and the snorkeling day tour to Cano Island. Best part of the day was sipping on a cocktail at sunset!"

Sandra S

Family with teenagers

"We also participated in the Corcovado day tour with Yaznir as well as snorkeling at Caño Island, and we loved both experiences. We saw tons of wildlife and got a wonderful mix of weather (lots of sunshine and an epic downpour). Leo was really communicative leading up to our trip and helped make sure we arrived smoothly and had the tours we wanted. "

Colleen M

Couple

"Fishing is outstanding. We had sore arms after a couple hours and went back in after 3 hours. Too many fish to fight in between my wife and I. Interesting wildlife and monkeys everywhere. A tapir walking by during dinner amongst many birds and other animals. "

Frank Staiger

Owner of the Frazier River Lodge

"We did two tours, hiking in the park and snorkeling at Cano Island. Yasnir was our guide for both and he was both charming and well informed and explained things well. I wished we could have stayed extra night. We saw monkeys, toucans and a Great Currasow close to our cabin. A perfect stay in every way."
