The receptionist at The Jaguar's Jungle is called an "adventure receptionist" because the nature of our location makes every position here full of adventure. Part of welcoming guests includes taking them on a walk to a beautiful beach with a waterfall and to a cliff where they can jump off into the ocean and swim through an exhilarating channel. The receptionist is responsible for checking people in, taking them on the "End of the World" tour, making sure all guest questions are answered and that they are satisfied.
The receptionist checks in on guests periodically, recommends activities, and schedules their tours. They respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. They gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special sites and activities. The receptionist calls the boat to pick up guests when ever guests are scheduled to leave the next day.
The receptionist is the first person guests meet when they arrive on the boat every day. We are looking for a dynamic person who is excited to join the team and ready to jump into any situation to give a helping hand. If you’re someone who is positive, adaptable and intuitive, and has a genuine interest in the well-being of others around you, we invite you to discover the beauty of working in the most remote coastal jungle in Costa Rica.
