COVID - 19 at
the jaguar's jungle
The Jaguar's Jungle Lodge is Open!
We look forward to welcoming you again and would like to explain what extra measures have been taken.
As a hotel and restaurant, we already operate with strict cleaning and health and safety measures, but we are now taking extra steps to ensure that all areas are thoroughly sanitized, clean and compliant.
• All team members are trained in these new standards and timings of cleaning.
• We follow Air Bnb's 5 step cleaning process and the comprehensive hotel cleaning handbook which you can download here.
Our staff members have scheduled vacation time every 2 months. This means that staff at The Jaguar's Jungle do not leave the property unless they are driving the boat to pick up supplies from Drake Bay when it is not their designated vacation time slot.
Staff will refrain from physical contact with guests while still maintaining friendly spirits and interactions. In other words, staff will address you without shaking hands or physically touching.
We have built more 2 person tables in our restaurant to spread out guests while dining.
